Kenney was one of my best friends at Waltrip. He always had a smile on his face and really was fun to be around. We both went to SHSU after Waltrip and we were suite mates in one of the freshman dorms. I lost track of him about our third year at Sam when he got a girl friend and we stoped hanging out together. I heard he had passed away about ten years ago and I was very saddened by the news. His sister told me he had died of colon cancer and that his family was taking it very hard. I think of Kenney from time to time and it makes me realize just how short life is.
Kenny was my best friend in high school. I went with him to the prom. I introduced him to my college suitemate Freshman year and they dated and then married after college graduation. He passed away with colon cancer. Too young. I think of him often with many happy memories.
